But if the staff is having a bad day, don’t expect understanding or a conversation. They might raise their voice at you over a simple misunderstanding, stare at you for a few seconds, ignore everything you say, and continue with their work. Apologies? Don’t count on it. So, just stand quietly in line, avoid creating any ‘confusion,’ and hand over your package. This isn’t a private shipping shop — they’ll send your package just fine, as long as you follow the rules and keep your mouth shut..

I was standing at the very edge of a 6 foot wide doorway and a woman with long box braids said I was waiting in the wrong spot, I explained I wanted to let the the woman working the passport station that we were her since it was after our appointment time, she told me I’m blocking the doorway? Like what it’s 6 feet wide and I’m barely covering one foot? So I censured at the rest of the door way, she said “ you can either move pr not be serviced. The woman who was working the passport counter proceeded to help people with letters chat with other coworkers and just not do her job and hike I continued to wait another 15 minutes. I’m glad the shut don will prevent them from getting a pay check for a bit. Maybe they can use that time to learn some manners.
