Are you kidding me?? It's almost like I booked an appointment with photos because I needed photos taken. Horrible EDIT: from reading other reviews, passport photos have not been available at this location since February 2022! So the employee also lied to my face. Why let me make the appointment? Why not spend the time you're sitting at the desk doing NOTHING to read your appointment list and call the photo appointments to inform me that your website is out of date? I provided multiple contact forms. Instead they allowed me to waste my own time setting the appointment, waiting for it, going over during hugh traffic times, AND wanted me to waste more time getting my own photos done. I attempted to contact this location by phone to confirm the photos were never available, and over 6 attempts not once did anyone pick up. Absolute disgrace.
