The mass amount of 1 star reviews are no joke. The clerk is just plain rude. Why is she still employed?

So far this has been a quick in and out USPS for the services I need.
When I did have to ship something big I came with my own box which cost me much more than expected. The mail receptionists/lady helping me at the counter was nice enough to recommend that I break down my shipped contents next time so it won’t be so costly. I really appreciated that.
So I’ll be back here! It’s been a while since I had a pleasant post office visit. So thank you
