There was only one other person in line so not a crowd issue. Too bad as we all need to try and be kind to each other. This person was cold and grim. Of course Im going back cause it's my post office, but just a shame the person behind the counter was so unfeeling. Maybe tomorrow they will have a better day.

My package is being held hostage here because USPS failed to deliver it even though they only attempted once. I go to try to pick up the package and they say they can’t even get my package for me because they are understaffed and that I would need to come back another day.
