They 1000% need more employees I get the complaints but I can only imagine how frustrating it must be for two individuals to deal with so many incoming people all day long. They need to hire at least one more person to man the front desk or move someone from the back to the front.

The two ladies that are there are extremely rude and disrespectful. Yesterday one of them shouted at me (It was closing time but the guy who was attending me was extremely kind and allowed me to be there) and I left. I returned today and I asked that same lady two questions in the second one she asked with a very annoyed tone: “Another question?” And I left because I had to fix a mistake.
Upon returning her teammate assisted me and they were talking about me the whole time and how I put the address wrong and how I used the wrong box in a very condescending manner. During that interaction the second lady attending me had a very snarky and rude attitude when I had always showed her politeness and grace. So I could not take it and I said: “Why are you giving me an attitude?” From there the situation got extremely tense and I decided to leave.
All of this was very shocking to me because I had gone there repeatedly to send my mail and I had been extremely kind. And its I shame. Enough to say I wont be returning any time soon.

WARNING ⚠️ READ TILL THE END
They don’t deserve any star, absolutely worst customer service ever, I intercepted a package 2 weeks ago it is still showing on the tracking, that it is available for pick up at that location. They can’t find it, it’s not in there. I am suspecting theft as all of them have been rude and dismissive as if they wanted to get rid of me. Except for one supervisor, but she still doesn’t know where my package is. They made me pay 20 dollars to intercept the package, and now it’s nowhere to be found. They will lie to you to get rid of you. One of them told me that my package was probably taken by mistake, to which I laughed and said how can a package leave your premises without being scanned !!!! Didn’t seem to bother him at all, same guy a few days later told me if you escalate this, they will never do anything and try to close the case, I advise you not to do it!!!!!! They make you wait and wait they are the absolute worst as if doing their job, is a favor. ITS A BIG BOX AND HOW CAN IT JUST DISAPPEAR !!! IT MEANS SOMEONE TOOK IT. AND OF COURSE NOW THEY ARE CLAIMING THE CAMERAS DONT WORK !!! OF COURSE
