It seems to only happen when I have insured items. The odds of that are less than 1%. This hasn’t ever happened in a lifetime let alone repeatedly in months! They obviously have a compromised center and it’s so frustrating because they send you through so many hoops to resolve it. They are unhelpful, apathetic and obviously unscrupulous! Don’t use them and warn senders!
