- JMJess MendesOct 10, 20251.0Consistently unpleasant service.... The staff (particularly Eric) has made my experiences here tense. His passive aggressive tone & sly remarks are not just unhelpful, they’re demeaning & dismissive! When I applied for a P.O. Box, I properly filled out every form, yet he still questioned the legitimacy of my paperwork (??) Another time, he refused to return mail to sender & muttered something under his breath. It's bully hall monitor energy, rather than someone who takes pride in helping their community. Most recently, my package was returned to sender without any notice. My partner & I had to leave town for a family emergency, and since Eric never explained there was a hold limit on P.O. Boxes when we signed up, we didn’t think a vacation hold was necessary. When we asked how to prevent this from happening again, the woman behind the counter couldn’t provide a straight answer. She bounced between 30-60 day limit & never explained how to request a vacation hold. When I asked if it could be done online, she defensively shrugged & looked over at Eric instead of remaining solution oriented... Why am I being treated like this?? I’ve ALWAYS been polite & respectful to the staff, but the energy here is cold & judgmental. We have a year-long P.O. Box agreement, and I genuinely hope things improve.

One draw back is when you put hold mails and leave i’ll pick up at post office it ends up on the truck . Why won’t the usps mail sorters read online app instructions by their customers. Some supervisors would have the mailman meet me at my house but others simply don’t care and gives attitudes. So glad customers are able to rate their service. Now i have to waste gas to retrieve my mail tmr . Ugg
