I am an eBay seller, a buyer returned a $150 worth of package-tracking showed delivered but I never received so I went to this office. Was told it’s a mismatch, package was delivered but not to my address. They can simply provide me with the label copy of the other address (cover up any sensitive info) or provide me with GPS location so I can file with eBay or usps for fraud. SHE REFUSED to do any! Privacy? For all I know, their office or maybe an employee stole the package and faked a delivery scan. I’m going to file a fraud investigation to LAPD FBI and postal inspection. Honestly, it’s more than likely the buyer fraud-buyer printed a return label, changed address to somewhere bogus in my zip code and returned junk - and this office knew exactly it went but they don’t tell me!

- LBLiz BartlettDec 1, 20255.0How does this post office have a 2.2?! I never thought I would rate a post office, but oof, our lovely neighborhood USPS workers deserve way more appreciation than this. I’ve been coming to this post office for five years and I’m usually surprised by how quickly I get in and out. I honestly can’t think of a time that I waited more than five minutes. The staff are friendly and efficient and I’ve never had an unpleasant interaction with one of them or another customer in this facility. Thanks so much, kind postal staff – I appreciate you and I know many, many others who are not writing reviews also appreciate you!
- JMJess MendesOct 10, 20251.0Consistently unpleasant service.... The staff (particularly Eric) has made my experiences here tense. His passive aggressive tone & sly remarks are not just unhelpful, they’re demeaning & dismissive! When I applied for a P.O. Box, I properly filled out every form, yet he still questioned the legitimacy of my paperwork (??) Another time, he refused to return mail to sender & muttered something under his breath. It's bully hall monitor energy, rather than someone who takes pride in helping their community. Most recently, my package was returned to sender without any notice. My partner & I had to leave town for a family emergency, and since Eric never explained there was a hold limit on P.O. Boxes when we signed up, we didn’t think a vacation hold was necessary. When we asked how to prevent this from happening again, the woman behind the counter couldn’t provide a straight answer. She bounced between 30-60 day limit & never explained how to request a vacation hold. When I asked if it could be done online, she defensively shrugged & looked over at Eric instead of remaining solution oriented... Why am I being treated like this?? I’ve ALWAYS been polite & respectful to the staff, but the energy here is cold & judgmental. We have a year-long P.O. Box agreement, and I genuinely hope things improve.
