- SRStephanie RivasOct 31, 20251.0THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. The lady that always wears a scarf on her head should not have a customer service job. It seems like she hates her job. Extremely rude, inappropriate and snappy. I walking in to ask about a package that has not been scanned upon tracking online and right away gave me such a terrible response and followed to say that I had an attitude just because I asked about my missing package (I was also running and barley catching my breath) USPS should re-evaluate the people they are hiring. I recommend using a different courier.

The TV behind counter is broken amd you can only see that an employee needs to sign in. Its not a very big office and had 10 ppl in line whe. I arrived at 4:45 with only 1 clerk available. I will try my best to never come back eventhough its closest office to work.
