- AJAdrian Chavez JrDec 23, 20251.0So recently the post carrier in my neighborhood refuses to deliver our mail because of animal interference and refused to deliver our mail, shes also denied to hand the mail to several tenants of this property and when the supervisor who puts her apparently personal number on the letters which demand I build a mail box by my gater or rent a p.o box and which she said over the phone I will not even give you your held mail till decide if my mail carriers safety is a factor but decides to run and hide when someone went to the post office demanding our mail. By the way the animal interference is dogs barking from inside the house I have several cameras and shows her walking past the house "when shes delivering" so if the supervisor and this mail carrier want to lie guess what the internet is gonna have field day with my camera footage

Well they were 10000% wrong the moment my partner and I walked in for our passport appointment we were greeted by The wonderful Alicia Adkins such a sweet soul loved her personality and how helpful she was I messed up on one of the forms for my application she kindly gave me a new one and helped me fix my errors . She made sure we didn’t feel rushed told us a little about herself which was super sweet. Alicia thank you so so much for helping us with our passport experience we greatly appreciate it ! We will definitely be recommending friends and family also the window clerk I honestly don’t remember her name she was wearing a tree headband for Christmas super super sweet person also her customer service was amazing! No other delivery service would take their time to show medicine how wonderful Cali is they just send it to its destination on time or ahead of schedule! Only you guys care enough to consistently send boxing on a trip prior to delivery!

The tracking had them checking in one of the packages TWICE. No movement since the 12th of November on either package. I was going to call and see what is going on but after reading the reviews I can see that would be a waste of my time. Very strange behavior from this USPS. They need to be looked into, there is NO WAY these many packages are being "lost". Someone is probably stealing them and re-selling. Convenient that everyone who is leaving a review about their lost package also had expensive items in their shipment.
