The staff here are extremely rude. Didn’t think it could be worse than DMV but they managed to have the poorest customer service skills.

I would give this location ZERO stars if possible! I dropped a package off on Tuesday in their drop box, it is Thursday and the tracking number is showing that it hasn’t even been received, even though the other package I dropped off arrived to its location already. My guess is they didn’t do their job properly and missed to scan one of my packages so I stopped by just to ask about it and the girl at the window that was attending me responded back nicely but then some cranky old lady with glasses that was standing behind her butts in and starts yelling at me that my package isn’t there that “stuff doesn’t just sit there” and that it will get scanned when it’s delivered at its final destination. Management at that location needs to look into that rude lady because she wasn’t even the one attending me and the whole time I was trying to ask a question she kept cutting me off by yelling, that is NOT how you treat customers! If you don’t like your job then go work somewhere else don’t take it off on people just trying to find out some info when the mess up is on them!

My wife did TWO chang of address here to her PO BOX , we're wondering why no mail has come in so we call USPS they say they see no change of address put in (This was the first one) so she goes back and fills out another one , tell us why when we called USPS they said "There's no change of address to that PO BOX". She then goes on to explain that she sees a change of address under my wife's name going to another PO BOX , we asked her the number of the box and she told us. We were like so they input one WRONG NUMBER when typing it in. Now we have to go do this all over again. You speak with them (not all just the older ones) they act as if you're taking up their time. My wife asked the lady a question trying to sort out a situation the teller yelled "Next" just dismissing her. They need to be retrained.
