Once you get through, the service itself is organized and fairly quick. 📦 I came here to send a few certified letters and a medium flat-rate box—around $9.80 for the package and $4.35 for the certified mail. The counter was clean, and Randy at the desk was extremely courteous, guiding customers with patience and clarity. He double-checked my forms and made sure the receipts were correct, which I appreciated. However, the atmosphere feels a little tense because of the security screening, which slows things down unnecessarily. If you’re not in a rush, it’s fine, but those tight on time might find it inconvenient. Overall, a solid but mixed experience. ✉️
