If you want the recipient to actually receive their mail DO NOT SEND IT FROM THIS POST OFFICE!!! They steal gifts/packages/envelopes, they lie, and they send your item to the “wrong location!!!” My destination was literally six minutes away from this post office and I understand they have a distribution center, however they still managed to mishandle my envelope and sent it to Catalina Island, instead of Los Angeles, where it already was!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM - ESPECIALLY THE CLERK THAT WAS WORKING ON WEDNESDAY MORNING 11/05/2025!!! She seemed way too interested in knowing what was in my envelope, that I sent as a gift, when it was clear it was nothing hazardous!

At about 2:30 p.m. I went to return a package and the woman behind the counter window was rude and stared at me as if I had done something wrong to her. I’m sorry, but I don’t know this woman or owe her anything. She needs to be more polite to people. I witnessed her being rude to another woman ( customer). I’m very displeased with the way these U.S. postal workers have been treating customers lately.
