If you want the recipient to actually receive their mail DO NOT SEND IT FROM THIS POST OFFICE!!! They steal gifts/packages/envelopes, they lie, and they send your item to the “wrong location!!!” My destination was literally six minutes away from this post office and I understand they have a distribution center, however they still managed to mishandle my envelope and sent it to Catalina Island, instead of Los Angeles, where it already was!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM - ESPECIALLY THE CLERK THAT WAS WORKING ON WEDNESDAY MORNING 11/05/2025!!! She seemed way too interested in knowing what was in my envelope, that I sent as a gift, when it was clear it was nothing hazardous!

At about 2:30 p.m. I went to return a package and the woman behind the counter window was rude and stared at me as if I had done something wrong to her. I’m sorry, but I don’t know this woman or owe her anything. She needs to be more polite to people. I witnessed her being rude to another woman ( customer). I’m very displeased with the way these U.S. postal workers have been treating customers lately.

If I ask for help or to explain me better.She doesn't have to give me attitudes or to someone else.I don't truly recommend this place If they don't like their work. why they're working there.They need to learn how to be humble in more humankind with other person Or i think shes racist.
