READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE GOING HERE - I wish I did!! WORST POST OFFICE IN LOS ANGELES!!!! If you want the recipient to actually receive their mail DO NOT SEND IT FROM THIS POST OFFICE!!! They steal gifts/packages/envelopes, they lie, and they send your item to the “wrong location!!!” My destination was literally six minutes away from this post office and I understand they have a distribution center, however they still managed to mishandle my envelope and sent it to Catalina Island, instead of Los Angeles, where it already was!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM - ESPECIALLY THE CLERK THAT WAS WORKING ON WEDNESDAY MORNING 11/05/2025!!! She seemed way too interested in knowing what was in my envelope, that I sent as a gift, when it was clear it was nothing hazardous!

Thursday October 30, 2025. At about 2:30 p.m. I went to return a package and the woman behind the counter window was rude and stared at me as if I had done something wrong to her. I’m sorry, but I don’t know this woman or owe her anything. She needs to be more polite to people. I witnessed her being rude to another woman ( customer). I’m very displeased with the way these U.S. postal workers have been treating customers lately.

Kinda dissapointing to have to pull up to the post office on saturday just for it to be closed early , now i have to bust a trip all the way to florence and central and waste 30+min of my day for something that would have took literally less then 5 min to do all because the post office wants to close early.

To be honest i just come back from thise office, and also the woman that's is in there today at 8:30Am she's need to be more Polite with all the customers, She doesn't need to scream on the person. If I ask for help or to explain me better. She doesn't have to give me attitudes or to someone else.I don't truly recommend this place If they don't like their work. why they're working there. They need to learn how to be humble in more humankind with other person Or i think shes racist. Or with our color of skin I'm Hispanic My race, it doesn't mean I'm different from other person. All of us deserve respect.I have only one mother , not many more have a blessing. 🙄 Be humble not racist.😮‍💨🙄 I don't have no more word's.
