Worst post office ever. Went to get my money back after paying for express shipping that did not arrive on time. They were in such in a rush to close for lunch, that they lied and said I have to wait for the person to receive it. They didnt know I already have had this issue regularly and just went to another post office who was going to do my refund but had no cash. This post office said I'm not eligible for a refund until it arrives even though they see it's already late. They were closing for lunch at 1045am after just opening at 9am. Horrible customer service especially the Supervisor. He had absolutely no patience, his big belly needed his 1045am lunch so bad.

I know tons of post offices around LA are really bad with trash workers, but took a chance coming here and both times I've been here (Tuesday and Thursday morning) the lady working the shift has been nice helpful to me and others in front of me and fast service. Going to keep going a bit out of my way to ship my packages here.

The worst experience ever. Teller was shouting at me from the beginning even though I was super polite towards her. Would not allow me to ask simple questions. Their employees have some serious anger management issues. Do not go to this pace unless you want to be treated like some sort of slave or like if you were a criminal in detention or something like that. Absolutely the worst service . I I could I would put zero stars to this place. Simply the worst of the worst!! They need new employees. Just bad bad bad

I never write reviews for USPS since the service I always get is subpar but I was there on a Tuesday morning and the lady working there was so nice and friendly. She was also very helpful. It was probably the best USPS experience I’ve ever had. I wish I got her name so I could give her a shoutout!!

Normally I hate going to the post office, but the women behind the counter made everything so easy and a pleasure. It’s quite a walk from my place, but I’ll come back here next time I need to go to the post office.
