They asked me (over and over again) for all these delivery details and instructions and then they didn't even follow through. They left a note saying there wasn't a secure delivery box. The agreement was that my delivery would come to my doorstep. Of course a steamer trunk is not going to fit in my mailbox! Nevertheless, It never came. They never even knocked on my door. The onsite property cameras confirmed that they never even came to my door, behind which I was waiting for them all day. I tried to set up a redelivery multiple times receiving no satisfaction. I still haven't received my delivery nor has anyone tried to reach out to me. -So now I have trust issues with the USPS. They have lied to me too many times throughout this process. They have taken over $100.00 from me without fulfilling their end of the bargain. And now they are ignoring my polite complaints...I'm frustrated and irate!!!
