I have dropped of several packages before with no issue until now.On November 15- I walked into the post office and hand gave (2) packages to the clerk behind the window as I have done in the past. One of the packages made it to it's destination and the other one didn't. The package that didn't make it of course was the EXPENSIVE one. I walked into the post office and asked the clerk (Hector) what happened to my package? Can you look in the back to see if it's there??? Immediately he acts nervous and says "oh we don't have your package" I then tell him you didn't even bother to go back and look, I then asked him for the Supervisor but he just shrugged nervously and said they were out. I finally talked to the Supervisor with no luck, she just said since it never got scanned it's not in their system, nothing we can do. DO NOT TRUST THIS POST OFFICE- THEY WILL STEAL YOUR PACKAGE!!!!!!!!!!
