Not a single one of them is friendly. They don't say hi or hello or any sort of greeting. No eye contact, no smile. They always expect you speak first and when they respond back they give you the nastiest attitude. I never approach them with an attitude, I've worked in customer service, I know how shitty it can be. But these people are some of the worst. If you hate your job that much, just leave. No one is forcing you to stay.

As long as you have all the documents ready and make an appointment, it takes about 5 min. Super quick and easy. Merri was very sweet and thoughtful. They have a customer parking too.
