Poor Customer service. I was asking for stamps for some important documents I needed to send, and the person who was on the desk rolled his eyes at me, he laughed at me because I was asking questions. He was a black man, with black beard. You should trained your employees. It happened today 08/25 3:25 pm

Little or no line GREAT service. Around corner of prior location. Hidden as not easily visible. Representative quick and knowledgeable with decades kf experiences. Do your postal needs in luxury business environment setting. Near 4th and Grand escalator to top. Feel the nice breeze. Full service post office catering to business crowds. Open between 11 a.m.to 4 pm. weekdays. Preferably more hours needed for customer convenience as working core hours are 8am to 5 pm.. Thanks for your help!

It's not even open right now, like no lights on, no people, nothing. Waste of time. Don't bother.

The asian lady with sholer-length grey hair was the only one working when I visited to drop off the mail, but it wasn't busy at all, so she didn't have any reason to be extremely unprofessional and aggressive towards me. I was even more shocked since she was even sharing small talks with the previous customer. When it was my turn, it felt like she was a totally different person. When I greeted her with "Hi how are you doing?", she replied with a death stare:"Good, what do you need?". Then she became more aggressive as I asked a couple questions regarding the mail service. All the impatience, annoyance and aggressiveness were not only written on her face but also on her behaviors. Thanks to her attitude, I had to stop any of my remaining question (which is the 3rd one about what mail service i should choose) and had to go along with her command-like attitude, which led me to spending more than what I should have. I would happily spend that much money if she was just professional and not necessarily, friendly. This was indeed the worst experience I have ever had.

Extremely poor customer service. The lady working there is so arrogant, disrespectful and doesn't care about customer's concern. I wonder how she is still working there. Wait a minute, is there any 0 star out there? I couldn't find one. I promised not to go there any more any way.
