Love this place! Shortest lines of any of the other POs around town and the staff have always been very nice and courteous towards me. If you're just dropping off a package, they will sometimes wave you over to give you a mailing receipt and not make you wait in line.

Well I’ve never left a review for a post office but had to shout this one out! The woman who works with passports totally helped me out after my passport was damaged. With all her help, I got a new one in 9 business days! Thanks so much!

Today I’ve got robbed and physically assaulted at Griffith Post Office. I went to buy a money order for $1,875.00, paid for it with my debit card, but their printer got jammed and computer crashed. I patiently waited for almost two hours for them to troubleshoot the computer, and at the end manager Arnold Sanchez told me to go home and wait for 3 business days to get a refund. No apology, no receipt, just rude, ignorant behavior. As I was filming the manager to secure my $1,875.00 refund promise, a random customer walked in and assaulted me, trying to take my phone from my hand and hitting me in a face. All while Arnold Sanchez - the manager of the post office - was watching. He didn’t bother to call police. I had to take down the plates of the attacker and report it to police myself. Shame on you, Arnold Sanchez and the rest of the personal working on January 8, 2026.

Mrs Kong was extremely rude, impatient and threw our packages without any care. When the checkout screen prompted to give a review of smiley face or sad face she literally rated herself a smiley face without giving us a chance to press it ourselves. When I said that was crazy she just rated herself she said "I don't have time for you"

I love this little post office. I’ve had a PO Box here for years. Wonderful service and never a very long wait, nice employees.
