The USPS locator tool directed me to '505 S Flower ST in Los Angeles, CA, 90017' to pick up my package. I drove there, spent nearly 50 minutes looking for parking, and navigated the facility as directed. Upon arriving, I politely asked an associate about my package. Without even checking the tracking number or attempting to verify any details, the associate abruptly dismissed me and stated that the package was not there. When I calmly requested that they at least double-check using the tracking number, the associate became aggressive, raised their voice, and told me I was “wasting their time.” They then directed me elsewhere without providing any assurance or assistance. This level of rudeness and unwillingness to help — especially after I was already misdirected by USPS’s own system — is unacceptable. I expect professional and courteous service, and I was shocked by the hostility I encountered. Please investigate this matter and let me know what steps will be taken to ensure this does not happen again — to me or to any other customer. I would also appreciate assistance in confirming the correct location of my package, as I have already wasted a significant amount of time and effort.
