I was served by Erica who thought she is police officer, was treating me like I am mailing something illegal, pretended she cannot hear or understand my questions and was very incompetent and impolite. I ended up leaving without being helped properly. She made me feel like I am bothering her asking to mail an envelope when it is her job. Erica, if you don’t like your job - change it. No need to give a hard time to people when your purpose there is to help.
