She felt this was blatant racial discrimination. When another employee finally came to the booth she was sent, he wasn't even set up so it doesn't make sense! Bad vibes all around.

My mom sent me a package from abroad (she wanted to give me a gift) that I didn't even know about. The USPS didn't even bother to notify me in 30 days that they have a package for me!! They didn't leave any notifications, they didn't call me (my phone number was written on the box). They just took it and sent it back to my mom in the bathroom! And what did my mother pay the money for?? This is the worst service in the world!! And customer support (Diana Montes) does not work at all and does not help customers, but only unsubscribes that they are very sorry that they do not fulfill their obligations!!
