- TRTalia Roletti5 days ago5.0I’ve been to quite a few UPS locations, but I always find myself coming back to this one. The team here is consistently kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. Greg usually helps me, and he is truly the best! He’s always so pleasant and goes above and beyond every single time. Once, I had to ship a giant rug bag to Amazon and didn’t want to pay the $20 for a box and he literally helped me squeeze it into two UPS cheaper envelopes to save money. That level of care and effort is rare. It’s little things like that which make such a difference. I really appreciate this location and the people who work here. Highly recommend!

I had a package delivered here from work that they were not able to ship to my house. The second I walked in the man told me I could not have my packages shipped here and they were about to send it back. Mind you, the UPS website allowed me to select this location & I arrived maybe an hour after it was delivered. He told me multiple times if I do not have a mailbox here I could not have packages delivered here, noted. I had to pay a fee for the package and when I asked for a receipt, he SNAPPED at me saying I do not get a receipt. Once paid, he pointed to my package on the floor to pick up with multiple other packages on top of it. Overall extremely rude and unsettling experience. Take it up with UPS HQ if you don’t want UPS packages getting shipped here. Will not be returning.
