The male associate (35 year old dressing like a 2008 emo kid) at the counter told me, in a very dismissive tone, “I can’t accept this without both boxes being in one. It’s that simple.” Another (older) employee nearby laughed as if I should have known this policy, which only added to how unprofessional the interaction felt. I chose to stay calm, but the experience was unnecessarily rude and condescending. Clear communication and respectful customer service go a long way—unfortunately, that was missing today. Leaving that store made me thank God for my own life — clearly not everyone is so lucky.

They tried to charge me $2 to print a single sheet of paper...yes, ONE sheet of paper —something that should cost ten cents at most. UPS Stores may be franchises, but this one is doing the company no favors. The nickel-and-diming is so blatant it borders on predatory. If UPS cares about its reputation, it should seriously consider shutting this place down to save face for the brand. If you value basic customer service without ridiculous charges, avoid this location entirely. And if you must ship with UPS, choose literally any other UPS Store. This one is a disgrace.
