They tried to charge me $2 to print a single sheet of paper...yes, ONE sheet of paper —something that should cost ten cents at most. UPS Stores may be franchises, but this one is doing the company no favors. The nickel-and-diming is so blatant it borders on predatory. If UPS cares about its reputation, it should seriously consider shutting this place down to save face for the brand. If you value basic customer service without ridiculous charges, avoid this location entirely. And if you must ship with UPS, choose literally any other UPS Store. This one is a disgrace.

Staff is always super nice and quick. I’ve had to print a couple of b&w pages out and it’s super easy to just send it to their email and they print it immediately. Wish I caught the name of the women that works there, she is very helpful. Highly recommend !
