  this is more for UPS in general and not really for the store itself - just really inflexible company in the name of "privacy" - won't let me change anything to make my delivery possible after they failed to deliver my package within their own estimated time frame. Now, a case of fine wine is in limbo because of absolutely unnecessary bureaucracy with UPS. has happened before and it's always SUCH a nightmare dealing with their representatives online. they cannot care less. and the workers in the store, while friendly, are completely limited by UPS policy to do anything helpful. Just a nightmare every time. thumbs WAY down. just awful.

  I LOVE THIS UPS STORE - I have used UPS stores inn6 states in the past 3 years and this is by far the best! I send packages including fragile and valuable contents and international all with confidence. They carefully confirm available costs and insurance and delivery policies. I frequently print or photocopy and also have returned Amazon there. They are always friendly, polite (I’m over 70) and helpful. It is busy but the customers are treated with patience and efficiency. I never feel rushed.

  Dear UPS, Why are you so awful? Ever since you changed your practices to only attempt delivery a single time, you have simply stopped attempting to deliver my packages at all. I can be at home all day, yet still be surprised to find a "Sorry we missed you!" notice stuck to my door without so much as a knock, doorbell, or phone call. Simply looking at my front door DOES NOT count as a delivery attempt. Sincerely, The man whose door you never knock on Employees were nice though.
