- DODaniel ONov 3, 20251.0this place is terrible. every time i have to return something here they won't take for some petty reason and i have to make a second trip. either the packaging isn't perfect or label isn't printed just right or they want to charge $10 to put some tape on. whatever it is, it's never a problem for regular amazon returns to whole foods or amazon locker.

The posted hours clearly state they close at 3:00PM, but the door was locked, lights were off, and the employee inside just looked at me and yelled “we’re closed.” When I pointed out it was 2:30PM, he yelled again that they were closed and went back to his computer. Extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. If the store isn’t going to honor its posted hours, customers should be informed. I’ll be taking my business to FedEx from now on.
