  I've always had a great experience at this UPS Store, but tonight went to the next level. Led by a great associate named Mussie, they patiently and collaboratively helped me trouble-shoot a few different issues with the computer and printing. They were friendly, professionally, efficient, AND they did it all well after the store closed (but I hadn't realized). They didn't say a word, just kept helping me get done what I very much needed to do. Thank you, UPS Store team!

  Had a great experience with store Manager Harmony. She helped me with a notary and getting the paperwork sent out. Was very quick and efficient. Would definitely recommend coming to UPS for notary services, very affordable

  This is my local UPS i come by almost every week. Today an employee I’ve never seen before with the most unpleasant attitude “helped” me. First, i mention my package is basically ready to be shipped and she responds “no it’s not.” I let her know the label is on it just needs tape, she aggressively responds “that doesn’t mean ready to be shipped”. I just let it go. As she’s taping my package i let her know the label is peeling and i asked her to please add a piece of tape to ensure it doesn’t fall off. She responds “I’ll do it later.” … after handing me my receipt i asked her again to please tape it for my piece of mind. She raised her voice yelling at me that she heard me and this service is a curtesy i should’ve done it myself and that she will do it later. I told her this is a return and i want to make sure it arrives, I’ve been here many times and no one has ever said that to me - they always happily tape my packages, and the bad attitude isn’t necessary. She rolled her eyes as she walked away. Also, they charge you $5 to print your label… which is ridiculous but i still chose to come here. Now I’ll never return. I rather drive another 5 minutes out of my way to support a different branch.

  Gregory was super helpful at this store! A few months ago I had to return a Frontier router to UPS, months later they claimed we never sent it in and charged us over $100! By then I had tossed the tracking info. Gregory helped find evidence we shipped it back and contacted Frontier on our behalf.
