Both me and the shipper have tried filing claims and calling and emailing and we are getting no support despite having shipping insurance. Customer support, please make this right.

The package Never lett the store according to the updates and | lost an item valued at $300. It's been very frustrating trying to resolve the issue to the point that I gave up. today I had to go back because it was my only option, and my experience today has changed my point of view. Karen was so helpful and kind And made me forget about my previous experience. Thank you, Karen!
