Went in Dec 10 to lease a mailbox and the lady at the counter required 2 forms of ID the ID I am holding will expire in 10 days based on only this fact she would not proceed with attaining a mailbox with them. Here is the catch or where the ball was dropped. Ive already renewed it so Im current I just need to go elsewhere now to receive it through mail forwarding it. She suggested I see what the post office requires with no insight into the clerical non issue about how I am still valid and current with ID the post office requires that I have the correct address to where it is gonna be forwarded to. Thanks for your understanding

This business needs significant improvement in customer service. The representatives I dealt with were dismissive and unprofessional, which made the entire interaction frustrating.

To print a single black and white page here is almost 3.00 because they charge you $2.50 to send it to the store e-mail (the price sheet of 0.45 is misleading) So, just a non-padded plastic mailer, a small roll of tape, and a piece of paper $16. Way too high. Then you can't leave your package there if it's not UPS, of course. Sticking to USPS & FedEx.

The staff at this location were extremely rude and unprofessional. They refused to accept my prepaid return packages and insisted I use the self-service kiosk, which often malfunctions. When I politely asked for assistance, they declined to help or offer any solution, leaving me with no option but to walk out feeling disrespected. Clarification: The store has since made several claims regarding this incident. My response is as follows: I began using the kiosk as instructed, but it malfunctioned and displayed incorrect prompts. To prevent further error, I stopped and politely requested assistance with my prepaid returns — help that was refused. It was also claimed that I “threatened” staff. That is false. I never threatened anyone. I simply stated I would like to record audio after being treated disrespectfully — a lawful and reasonable step for accountability. Another claim stated that I called about tracking a package. That too is false. I called to report the incident and request to speak with a manager. The call was disconnected after the employee refused to identify herself. THE CALL RECORDING AND STORE SECURITY FOOTAGE, WHICH INCLUDE BOTH VIDEO AND AUDIO, CAN VERIFY EVERY DETAIL OF MY ACCOUNT. ALL OF MY STATEMENTS CAN BE PROVEN IF THESE RECORDINGS ARE REVIEWED. REFUSAL TO RELEASE THEM RAISES SERIOUS QUESTIONS ABOUT TRANSPARENCY AND PROFESSIONALISM. I remained calm and respectful throughout and stand by every part of this account. I welcome UPS Corporate to review the evidence.

Today I carried a very large and heavy package in. As I was approaching the front door an employee spotted me and SPRINTED from behind the desk to the door to hold it open for me. That earns at least one 5 star review in my opinion. All these low reviews must be the customer's own faults because these employees are so super helpful.
