  Diego went way above and beyond to provide the BEST customer service I have ever received anywhere. He was kind, patient, and very helpful.

  I don't take a 1-star review lightly, but if any visit warrants it, I believe it's this one. I visited this UPS location on a Tuesday around 4pm. The store was not busy, and there were two employees working behind the counter. I asked the woman at the counter if I could have a small piece of tape to secure my shipping label since it was raining and I didn’t want the label to get damaged. She immediately responded with a hostile attitude and said this was not something they could offer or have ever offered -- she claimed it was "against the rules" and that I should "go home and sort it out there." The male employee then chimed in and said he could sell me some tape for $1.50. I said that would be perfect. However, the woman then turned to him and told him not to sell it to me. I was honestly shocked. I've never experienced being denied service at a business establishment, especially without any explanation or cause. She reiterated to him not to let me have it. I was so confused. Another customer standing nearby appeared equally confused and pointed out that there was tape available for purchase next to him. I ultimately bought a full roll at a significantly higher price. During the remainder of my time in the store, the woman’s demeanor felt increasingly hostile, and I left feeling super uncomfortable. I ended up waiting in a separate line to complete my transaction with the other employee.

  Returning a package has never been so unpleasant. Very rude people working here, especially the middle-aged female employee. I am going to actively avoid this place.

  Went in Dec 10 to lease a mailbox and the lady at the counter required 2 forms of ID the ID I am holding will expire in 10 days based on only this fact she would not proceed with attaining a mailbox with them. Here is the catch or where the ball was dropped. Ive already renewed it so Im current I just need to go elsewhere now to receive it through mail forwarding it. She suggested I see what the post office requires with no insight into the clerical non issue about how I am still valid and current with ID the post office requires that I have the correct address to where it is gonna be forwarded to. Thanks for your understanding
