Depending on the mood of the employees, I found that the two gentlemen, there are very helpful when it comes to specifying with your needs are.
The one young female that works there makes it feel as though she’s doing you a favor
And then again at other times while using this location quite often it’s depending on really how they will feel, but I’ve never gotten a positive experience from the one female. She’s very is supposed to be welcoming.
It’s right in my area therefore I will continue to go for it, but it would help if they had just a little bit more warm to the customers and maybe the helping larger packages no matter who you may be offering to help without standing around waiting for several loads of boxes

WARNING: Stolen package I dropped off for delivery.
I sold products online and purchased UPS shipping label, attached to package and dropped off at UPS store with staff on April 26th at 1905 N Wilcox Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90068. I handed the package to the UPS male staff member who said they would take care of it. Two weeks after shipping, the customer notified me the package was never delivered. I tracked It and in fact it was never scanned in for transit and not trackable which is very concerning. Tracking only showed I purchased the shipping label but it was never scanned in after I handed it to the UPS staff member and the package disappeared. I believe the staff member who never scanned it in, stole it. I went into the store and they could not explain the lost package and said I should contact corporate. I contacted corporate who informed me its a franchise, not their jurisdiction. They gave me a contact for the UPS Store. I'm in process with filing a formal complaint. Ultimately I had to resend new merchandise to the customer via USPS. I'm requesting to be reimbursed for the product. Further I will never use UPS Store again.
