    Thank you, UPS Store #6778 - and particularly Jack, for the excellent customer service that I received on Saturday, November 8th, 2025. I came in about 20 minutes before closing to handle a couple of Amazon returns, plus an Old Navy return (via Happy Returns) and send out a package (that needed postage). Jack, the customer service rep, was the only one working at the store at the time - and he was handling a complicated international shipping inquiry for a customer, involving several large/heavy packages to be sent overseas, when I walked in. Despite the complicated nature of this request, Jack remained calm and continued to be helpful the whole time - even though, after about 10 minutes of trying to make the shipping work, it proved to be too expensive for the customer to ship. When it became my turn to be assisted next, Jack politely inquired which services I needed and promptly handled each one efficiently and effectively - all with a line that had formed given the complicated request that had preceded me. And despite having about 5 people now in line with a mere 10 minutes left before closing, Jack continued to remain calm, polite, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. I never felt rushed, hurried, or like he needed to shortchange my requests in order to get through everyone who was still in line before closing. I appreciate how calm, cool, collected, and helpful Jack remained through my entire time while visiting your store - and this is why I continue to visit and to take my business to your store, given the excellent customer service that I receive there, from friendly & helpful people like Jack. Thank you for making a process which could be a challenging ordeal (shipping out packages) instead be such a pleasant, seamless experience.

    Some of the friendliest service I’ve ever experienced at a UPS! The team were busyyy this Friday afternoon, but they still made sure to welcome everyone in and kept things moving and organized. It was a pleasure to be helped by Angela who made my Spectrum drop-off & Amazon return so easy and fun. Will be back now I’m living in the neighbourhood! 🤎💛

    Jack was extremely helpful, kind, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. Today is Sunday. I walked in at 2:55, not realizing the store was about to close at 3 pm. This did not affect Jack's behavior. I apologized and said that I never like to walk into a store at the last minute. He was understanding and maintained a very professional and welcoming attitude. Amazing! I am so grateful that I was able to complete my task in a timely manner.

    I was surprised and disappointed to be charged $2 just to tape up a shipping box—something most UPS locations and local shipping stores do as a courtesy when you’re already paying for their services. The attitude toward customers here is unwelcoming in person, especially after seeing their response to another Google review saying, “you don’t work for free and neither do we.” That says a lot about how they view customer service. I ended up taking my boxes to a nearby store that helped me kindly and taped everything free of charge. I’d recommend going elsewhere where they actually value your time and business.

    I should have known this is bad location with so many bad reviews. Staff is not friendly. Wanted to charge me $4 to take up a small box. Will take my business elsewhere.
