    I came in on an extremely important day to print resumes for job applications and spent the last of my money to do so (2/14/25 around 11:23am). Initially, Jay helped me and she was fantastic — kind, patient, and professional. Unfortunately, when her coworker took over, the experience completely changed. My resume was misprinted, and when I politely asked if it could be discarded and corrected, she refused to help and charged me anyway. When I asked for her name and a manager, she argued with me in front of the entire store and would not provide any information to escalate the issue. This situation was really upsetting given my circumstances, and the interaction felt unprofessional and unnecessarily confrontational. I hope management addresses this so other customers don’t have a similar experience.

    There is a girl working there. It is obvious that she has problems with her job. She asked one dollars for me to tape my package I said this is nonsense. Why am I paying a dollar for taping my package? She turned crazy canceled my process. Tried to kick me out. Black hair girl with braces you are extremely rude. I hope you lose your job.

    Listen! If you are franchise this UPS owner or district manager , you read all other previous customers complaining about all employees their bad customers service skill but not improved at all . Store is too tiny to handle make customers waiting out side and demanding . greedy owner try to save rent money so they don't move to larger store. All employees mad at the world and yelling at customers using their bad mouth. Such a terrible and horrifying people work there . make this Store close down ASAP

    This was such a wonderful experience. Returning items is usually a hassle, but the customer service here was outstanding. I was greeted warmly, and my return was handled quickly and efficiently. I even got a notary in under 10 minutes — the process was courteous, fast, and seamless, with barely any wait. I’ll definitely be coming back!
