My second time using a notary service but this one was straightforward and fast (5 mins). Since I was initially going to send my documents using USPS, I was fortunate that this location could send them. Jose assisted me with the shipping and prepared the envelope while answering all of my questions. He was so helpful and was willing to prepare a whole new USPS label for the return to include with the shipment but I went with the UPS return label and included the UPS envelope (here’s hoping it gets used by the sender :)) Wholeheartedly a five star experience. Thank you both and much appreciated!!!

The staff always took care of me. I feel safe having all my mail & packages sent to my rental mailbox here. They also have notary service here. And sometime I'm too lazy to check my mail, so all I have to do is call in to check if I got mail. Save me the trip.

Once I was done, the associate made sure everything was in order and placed my box in a safe spot for pickup. She also gave me a lollipop which made my morning. I left with a smile on my face, keep it up team! Your store is organized, clean and well staffed!
