    UPS HAS BEING THE MOST LAZY AND NON SATISFYING COURIERS. HOW IT’S IT AMAZON CAN FIND AN ADDRESS BUT NOT UPS. WE NEED TO VOTE TO LOWER THEY’RE PAY. AMAZON IS THE ONLY COMPANY THAT DELIVERS PACKAGES TO CUSTOMER’S ADDRESS

    Wonderful and helpful staff here! I had a LOT of Amazon returns, some that required boxes to return. The staff here was super kind and helped me process all my returns - they were patient, friendly, and made this overwhelming chore so much easier. Thank you to the team here!

    Worst experience I ever had in customer service. I was flabbergasted. Not just upset and disappointed in spite of the fact that I remained polite and calm. The store was the one on 1110 N. Virgil Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90029 And the incident happened around 4 PM PST on Wednesday, October 1, 2025 A short stocky heavyset employee in his mid to late 20s probably wearing a black shirt basically refused to honor my walk-in request for passport pictures which I need it done As soon as possible. He was stressed. There were a lot of people for packages. I was late for work already and had to wait over 10 minutes in line to get my turn to return a package very quickly from Amazon. I then asked if I could do passport pictures to which I was told by the employee that I could not and the chances would be very slim because they were way too busy and I needed to come back the next day after 9 AM which is when I sleep because I work night shift and go to bed around 5 AM every day of the week. I mentioned that I had called the evening before and spoke to a very nice lady in that store who guaranteed me that they did passport pictures and that they did them anytime and there were no timeframe specifically for that service and that I did not need an appointment. Yet that employee refused to provide the service on a walk-in basis because he was too busy. Flabbergasting astonishing DIG that you just tell people to come back the next day because you’re too busy for them for one of the services that they provide is absolutely mind-boggling to me normally did I end up being late for work because I had to go to another UPS store in the area in order to get it done not only was I upset and very angry, but I am shocked at the level of service that was provided. I don’t care how busy you are. There is no excuse for it if it is a service you provide, and no appointment is needed. Absolutely unacceptable especially for official government documents that I needed ASAP for the passport renewal I need. Even the employee from the other store said it was not their policy and that should never have happened. I am shocked, insulted and very upset about it
