- TZTONE ZONE1 day ago5.0Extremely professional and outstanding customer service here!! Been here about 3 times. Alex is outstanding at his job. Was in the other day it was busy Alex to people in line. TheYoung lady was doing something but She looked over at me and immediately came over. I can't tell you enough the quality of service. Alex likes oldies.For a young person I thought that was cool. He's super polite and he was extremely helpful and in formative about what I needed to know!! I'm old and not really tech savvy but he really guided me to print my label. I never been in here longer than 5 minutes. I mean they are fast. If I'm here longer because I enjoy talking with young people with a incredible work ethic. The young lady too! Wish I had gotten her name. She's as professional as she is gorgeous. The what I love about Easter L.A. I great culture of respect and kindness. No game playing. Recently had a nightmare of an experience in a UPS store in Asuza. I mean the sense of entitlement and rude behavior these women act with impunity! Love Mexican culture ! Women and men but the ladies actually treat men with respect!!!! Never leaving EAST LOS! Thank you Alex for your fast professional behavior your kindness and respect!!!! Oh to the young lady I didn't get your name but I thank you as well for your respectful behavior and treating me as a valued customer! If your a man beware there are many hating women at the Azusa UPS store ! But I will always appreciate the workers here!!! Viva la raza Anthony

I just went in for last minute prints for my Veterans Day Comedy Show in Downey on NOV 8th. My bulk prints won’t be ready til tomorrow and I have a promotion opportunity tonight at the Deray Davis show with Reese Davis. So I needed these. Thx again Jaime! My anxiety was low with your help!

When I was called up next in line Alex helped me with sending out my packages. He was very professional, respectful and courteous. He also explained the different shipping options the store had to offer. Also as a veteran he helped me with the shipping cost to apply a military discount. I would definitely recommend any vets and people in general to use this store.
