    Best Ups I ever been too. Every other ups I’ve been to they have a bad attitude and I always leave in a bad mood. Robert was so friendly, patient and kind!

    This location is one of the best UPS stores I've ever experienced. I first went in to print forms and was greeted by great costumer service. Although I had a complicated request, Robert was quick to help and offer assistance. John and Yahara were also very hospitable and gave me a great rate. I will definitely be back to print again soon.

    I'm so lucky to have this UPS store in my neighborhood. It is literally a good vibes only store where every visit is wonderful and I always leave with so happy. To keep this short, shout out to Mayra and Br(i or y)an and another guy (didn't get his name!) who was super kind even though I came in after closing time.

    I thought Mail service for maiI went to the UPS Store to send a package. You’d think that’s what a post office is for. Instead, this place is nothing but a scam to squeeze money out of people with pointless little fees and “extra services.” It’s not about mailing, it’s about ripping you off. This is by far the worst UPS location I’ve ever seen. Honestly, the whole company is garbage. There’s no service, no respect, no care for the customer. They don’t help you, they just shove you in line and bleed you dry for every single thing.

    Wow! $5 for a plastic bag :) luxury shipping store *** UPDATE*** The merchant is trying to play word games. Charging customers five dollars for a plastic bag does not prove that you are paying your employees fair wages, so please stop making such hypocritical statements. Paying your staff properly is your responsibility, not something that should be passed on to customers who are simply dropping off a package. In addition, regarding your suggestion that I should ask next time whether there are extra Amazon boxes: interestingly, one of your employees initially told me they could give me a box, but another employee immediately contradicted them and said no. This clearly shows that your staff is not well-trained—some are willing to help, while others are not. I hope you focus on training your employees to better serve customers, instead of trying to argue with every single complaint.
