The two taller gentlemen who assisted me were fantastic. This was my first time at this location and I couldn’t thank them enough for helping me pack my items and making sure everything went smoothly. I’ve never been to a UPS Store where the overall team and one-on-one experience were this great. I had to get in my car and immediately leave this review.

Luckily I’m not crazy about this. It’s just a UPS store but remember… respect is bare minimum and a lot of people seem to think that that’s negotiable. Do better!

Witnessed him be incredibly prickly and rude towards other employees, which already made things tense, before he got upset at me for requesting that he do a photocopy job properly. He kept messing up the prints and insinuating that I would have to pay for those prints, too. Thankfully, I took my document back and left, genuinely felt unsafe the way he was angry. Will not be coming back to this location for any printing. The only reason I’m giving two stars is because I’ve had wonderful experiences and service with Yahara here before, so that’s the only saving grace.
