Scheduled an appointment for a notary and Ashkan took care of me right away. He made the process quick and easy and was out by less than 5 minutes. Additionally, my notary was only $15! Highly recommend this location and Ashkan for notary services.

Ash and Randy took incredible care of me and gave me the reassurance that my package would make it to my location safely and on time. They both had a great attitude, and the customer service was next level. The store was very well kept and clean. I was greeted by a nice man when I entered, he helped me immediately, I dropped off my package and he scanned my QR code, and I was out of the door in less than thirty seconds. Easy!

I am writing to formally complain about the unprofessional and harassing behavior I experienced from a manager named Ashley at your store on 01/20/26.
I have been a loyal customer at this UPS location for several years without issue. Yesterday, I went to return a coat I purchased for my daughter (I had ordered both a Medium and a Small). During the process, I accidentally handed the young employee the wrong item to scan. Once I realized the mistake, I immediately pointed it out.
The manager, Ashley, intervened and became unnecessarily aggressive. When I explained it was an honest mistake, he grew angry and whispered to the employee that they should refuse my package because wasn’t in a proper box. It felt as though he was trying to punish me for a simple error.
Later, I called the store to ask for the manager's full name. Ashley answered the phone, began yelling at me, and I hung up. He then called my personal cell phone back and left a disturbing voicemail accusing me of committing "fraud."
I have proof of purchase for both coats and I have saved the voicemail as evidence of this harassment. This behavior is unacceptable and defamatory. I would like this matter investigated, as no customer should be yelled at or accused of a crime over a simple scanning error.
