Gotta be the worst UPS you can go to. Firstly, you NEVER know what mood these guys will be in. One day of the week, they’re cool. Six other days, their attitude stinks. I almost constantly hear them make remarks about certain customers in a condescending manner. The ONE thing they’re consistent in, is charging for EVERYTHING. Whether it’s tape, trimming down a box, overcharging for a custom box, it’s insane. They charge a $2 SERVICE FEE to print out a .25 cent sheet of paper. Just think about how ludicrous that is. The UPS by the Santa Monica Airport doesn’t pull these outrageous fees/prices on you. Avoid at all costs.
PS, their response to this review tells you EVERYTHING you need to know about these guys. You guys charge $2.25 to those that have AUTHORIZED LABELS too. We’re not looking for handouts - we’re looking for integrity, honesty & fair pricing. Pettiness all-around. Just sad.

The worst UPS location I’ve ever visited. I came in to drop off a package and was completely ignored by both an employee and the owner. No acknowledgment, no assistance.
After standing there awkwardly for five minutes while two employees avoided acknowledging me—one too busy with paperwork and the other moving luggage (?) around the store — I gave up and went to a different UPS store just to get basic service.

UPS Store 7601 is my fav! They are accurate, efficient, and so friendly. I’ve been trusting them for years with my nonprofit’s mailbox, and they have always delighted me. No lost mail, easy shipping options, competitive prices. Thank you for brightening my day each time I stop by.
