- CGCindy GanSep 10, 20251.0I wanted to ship a box to Canada, their attitude was awful the whole way through. They wanted to rebox it for another 30 dollars and their estimate was 1000 dollars to ship it off!! I just shipped something similar last week at a different UPS spot for 120 dollars. Clearly they were making it up because I then went to a different UPS store right after and it was still 120 dollars. They also didn't need to repack. This store is like a scam. Or maybe they didn't want to help ship it at all.

However, the tracking told me the package was delivered but when I went to the store they told me they never received it. I even went around the apartment building and tried searching their package room and couldn't find anything. Filed a claim with UPS twice, and they just closed the investigation with proof of delivery. 3 weeks later and many claims open, I still haven't found my package.
