No explanation other than IT issues and would not try with scanner because they "already took it" so the employees are not helpful at all. I even called before I came to confirm and they said it was working.

Was going to give one star because this hispanic short guy working at the print station gave me an ugly attitude as soon as I walked in and gave me a 2 hour wait time just to get labels printed then walked away didn't even attempt to help after that. I told him I didn't mind coming back. The first time I came in for labels it only took me nomore than 10 min. So this lovely nice gentlemen Roman came up to me and asked if I needed help. He helped me right away the same way I came in the first time. He got my labels done in under 10 min. Don't get helped by the hispanic short dude who works at print he has an ugly attitude cause how do you tell me wait time is 2 hours but your colleague gets it done in 10min. unprofessional and misleading. If Roman wasn't there I would've had to make two trips when it was really only one trip needed .
