Alejandra helped me design and print a vinyl piece that I needed turned into a banner to sew on to a jacket, and she was incredibly patient throughout the entire process. What stood out most was how attentive and professional she was — while helping me, she also made sure to acknowledge and prioritize every customer who was waiting. She made everyone feel seen and cared for, not just me. I am so grateful for her knowledge, patience, and willingness to help. Every Staples needs staff like Alejandra. Nearly was also wonderful. She was very helpful over the phone, and when I arrived to pick up my order, she was warm, kind, and made sure I was completely happy with the final print job. She has great charisma and positive energy, which made the experience even better. It's great to see when staff cares to make sure your experience is wonderful. Btw- The print turned out amazing! Thank you Alejandra and Nearly. Alejandra and Nearly went above and beyond, and because of them, this Staples is now my go-to location. Highly recommend!

- KRKris RankinDec 21, 20251.01st off, came into the Copy and Print Department on a busy day. Not an issue at all. I've just arrived from another location and know everything that I need. And I'm well aware my print service will not be completed today. 1st employee approached me and was obviously overwhelmed by the busy store. She asked me how she can help. I told her, "I'm in line for a custom print service, I am just here to place my order. I am aware I will not get my prints today." She walks away, and walks right back to me , "your job will not be completed today." Me, " yes, I understand. I'm happy to wait" Her, "are you sure? It won't be done today" Me, "are you sure you want my business?" Fast forward to 3 days later, I go to pick up my order, come home and look at the photos........ I paid for 5×7 photos. These photos are 8 inches by 5.5 inches? I'm pretty sure you told me that because it's a 5X7 photo, I have to pay a premium for cut services. Cool. Not a problem. YET here I am, cutting my own photos to size. Yes photos. That are standardly 5x7 not 8x5.5. Long story short, this location does not know how to measure and clearly does not want my repeat business.
