If you like completely unreliable service, with having delay after delay (often times completely canceling or skipping your delivery) with zero notice then this is the company for you! Honestly this is the worst run business I’ve ever had the incredible misfortune to use. If I could go anywhere else I absolutely would, but sadly Primo water has swallowed up all the smaller brands.
