Started great but then turned bad quickly. We’ve had a rescheduled delivery at least 5 times and then we are getting charged for products we aren’t even receiving. I tried to cancel my subscription 2 months ago before I moved and still haven’t heard back from them. So I’m forced to carry a water container around we are not getting water for and just charged. Really horrible customer service.

Since taking over Ready Refresh, there has been a noticeable decline in the quality of service. Unfortunately, the customer service experience has been quite disappointing. Deliveries are constantly being postponed, and the hold time to speak with someone is over an hour. On top of that, they even delivered the wrong water - a different brand than what was ordered. I am now considering switching to a different company for my water delivery needs.

Worst service. They have delayed my delivery every day for the last 3 weeks. I can’t get in touch with anyone. I recently called and confirmed delivery for 5/28 and they didn’t show up. They moved it to 6/2 and they will likely keep skipping the delivery and still charging for service, rental of equipment and delivery charge. Do not order- it’s the absolute worst.

I was a happy ready refresh customer until they were bought by primo brands, they rescheduled my water delivery 7 times and then lied about having delivered my order when I never received it. Also it was impossible to cancel service on their website I had to call and be on hold for over an hour

Was going fine a few months…Then They started putting my water in the streets of Hollywood and not ringing buzzer, to deliver to door and picking up empty jugs as advertised. So it would get stolen, I would get charged for it, wouldn’t get it and now I have tons of jugs. I keep trying to schedule a jug pickup, but they don’t show up. That means I have an outstanding balance, for the jug deposit even though I keep spending time calling to try and return them. I don’t want this balance since they are connected to Costco. I would really not recommend this service I’m in a bind now.
