  This is the weirdest company I've ever came across. I feel like I'm being pranked every time I deal with them. There's zero structure or management, the drivers don't ever follow what they're supposed to do, customer service is impossible to get ahold of. They tell me something different every time, we get random charges out of nowhere. I just had to call 4 times and pretty much press random numbers just to get through to someone because when I was answering the automation correctly, it would just go silent and hang up. This isn't a real business it's literal clownery

  Worst service. They have delayed my delivery every day for the last 3 weeks. I can’t get in touch with anyone. I recently called and confirmed delivery for 5/28 and they didn’t show up. They moved it to 6/2 and they will likely keep skipping the delivery and still charging for service, rental of equipment and delivery charge. Do not order- it’s the absolute worst.

  Service is awful now that they laid off all their decent drivers. They’ve rescheduled our delivery 9 times in a row now. Customer support also takes 30+ minutes to get a hold of. The only reason we kept the service was because I had great contact and communication with our driver but he got laid off with most of his colleagues so not worth the hassle to stay with this company anymore.

  At first everything was fine, then the service became terrible, my husband refused delivery in the app because we didn’t need water, but primo water sent us water without our knowledge when we didn’t need it, we didn’t place an order and we weren’t at home They took money from us but we did not receive water. They have been promising to return the money for 2 weeks now, but they are not returning it. I don’t recommend this terrible service, it’s the company that decides for you and charges you money for a product you didn’t order.

  Was going fine a few months…Then They started putting my water in the streets of Hollywood and not ringing buzzer, to deliver to door and picking up empty jugs as advertised. So it would get stolen, I would get charged for it, wouldn’t get it and now I have tons of jugs. I keep trying to schedule a jug pickup, but they don’t show up. That means I have an outstanding balance, for the jug deposit even though I keep spending time calling to try and return them. I don’t want this balance since they are connected to Costco. I would really not recommend this service I’m in a bind now.
