- MGMaribel GonzalezDec 5, 20241.0Machine on Main and Century ON RED LICOR Stole my water!!! I paid for 5 gallon jug it ONLY DISPENSED 1/2.. OF THE 5 GALLON ..SEE PICS This happened 2 out of 3 5gallon jugs. When I took it up to the store she said she had nothing to do with it. You most decently charge them rent and it's your water going put of that machine. She said take it up with the company. Wrong answer! Then called Primo company lady was not customer friendly, I could not even understand she need to speak clearly.. They said they would send some tech I Personally WILL NOT USE PRIMO WATERS ANYMORE!!!! MAQUINA ROBA AGUA NO DISPENSA.LOS 5 GALLONES ME QUEDO DEBIENDO LA MITAD. EN 2 GARRAFONES DE 5GALLONES..
