My appointment was at 6 AM, but I arrived around 5:20 AM and they let me in with no problem, immediately started unloading. The only issue is that they don’t have overnight parking. But if you arrive around 10 PM, you can try checking in — maybe they’ll let you stay and sleep, but I’m not sure. You can try. If you do end up parking outside, be very careful. I slept on the street next to this facility, and someone broke my seal and opened the trailer door. Thank God they didn’t touch anything — probably saw it was just heavy water. There are a lot of homeless people around, and the area is not safe. Drivers, be cautious.

Since Primo took over and merged the system, my company has been billed incorrectly and nobody helps us fix it. Before May our monthly bill was $204.93. After the merger, they duplicated the charge. We’ve called, emailed — nothing. In August the area manager called and revised the bill, but the amount is still wrong. Meanwhile, customer service emails go unanswered. And the area manager asked me to contact billing department. Our account now shows $1,760. How is that possible when 204.93 × 3 months (May–July) = $614.79? We canceled service in August — we still receive bills and the late fee. This is completely unacceptable. Do not trust this company’s billing or customer support.
