  When I tell you these folks have a bad attitude for no reason.....man I went to drop off my dad's meds for shipment and needed a box for shopping. Upon entering, I asked the representative if they have small boxes, she did not say anything, but just pointed to a pile of unfolded boxes in the corner. After looking through the box options and putting the items in the box, I approached the counter and said hello to the rep, who was on her phone and eating a bag of some kind of snacks. The rep never responded responded back to me or greeted me in any kind of way. I was like okay, i guess we are not speaking today... The rep simply instucted me to put the box on the scale with the shipping label. Afterwards, she just begin to type. While she was typing, I asked do you know what is the soonest I can get the package to my dad and before i could say another word, i was cut off mid sentence by the rep, as she stated I don't know yet, let me finish what I am doing and i will tell you. I was like okay, but you did not have to cut me off or speak to me like that. The rep then responded, do you want to ship the item or not! I was like yes as she rolled her eyes. After a few minutes, she said when do you want to get it there, Weds, Fri or Sat. I asked, Weds as in tomorrow or next week? The rep then repeated herself, Weds, Fri or Sat. At this point I was turned off by her attitude, I just said Weds, hoping she meant Weds, as in the next day. At the completion of my transaction, the rep handed me a copy of the shipping label and a copy of my receipt without a ever saying thank you, good bye or anything else as she just stared at me. I have been a customer for 12yrs now and this by far was the worse customer service experience I have ever had at any FedEx store. Shame on you FedEx......i am beyond shocked at how your customer service has gone down hill. But i don't have to put up with it and as i have canceled both my business and person accounts and will never ship with you again!!!
