There’s a lady there, heavy, full face of make up, with thick false eye lashes, long straight brown hair, Latina and she side eye me, stair me down while chewing her bubble gum loudly while another worker explained my situation, I was having problems with my package. She did not even bother to look at me like a decent person. No empathy, they just look down on their customers. Idk why they feel superior just because they have your package. They made us wait for more than an 1 hour. And they are not willing to help. Bad for business.

My niece in San Diego sent me to Los Angeles my children's birth certificates (two) via FedEx to insure fast and secured delivery Utlilizing second day delivery. For some unknown reason, the envelope with the birth certificates was taken to Memphis Tennessee and took them seven days instead of two days for delivery. Ridiculous...
