Always polite and perky - but when the shipper got lost, arriving only 10 minutes before closing, Angel went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of quickly and correctly, staying focused and pleasant throughout the entire process. What could have easily turned into a frustrating moment became a heroic experience for us by Angel!
