Iris and the other woman working in this shift are not helpful at all with the costumers. They are rude, they repeat that you have to scan the qr and follow the instructions and nothing else. Me and other girl were struggling to print and they didn’t care. It takes 15 minutes to print 2 pages, not a good service

Customers beware. If you can avoid going to this fed ex don't go . It is one of the very worst Fed Ex in the area.
The female manager was extremely rude and unprofessional.
I don't know how she can be in charge of the store with that terrible attitude.
Drew told me to wait 5 minutes. However he forgot about me. After a good 15 minutes waiting I reminded him that he had forgotten about me. He said: " he was busy". I asked the manager why it was taking forever and she said it was Christmas. I understand it is Christmas but there were only 4 customers and about 4 employees there. It seems to me they are trying to avoid working. The worst of it is their hostile attitude and unprofessionalism. I hope they go to some training for customer service.

And the award for worst FedEx in the country goes to… truly bad customer service, literally drive a mile to ANY other FedEx location and skip this one. I only post for very good or very bad experiences and this one falls under the latter.

Went in on Tuesday the 16th around 3pm to ship a package overnight to NYC, and the girl helping me was in an awful mood - I get it, we've all been there. What I don't understand is everything that went wrong. First, I was told that I could only insure a package for $1000, but I was literally in the same location the week before and insured a package for $3200. Whatever. I was in a rush and didn't have time to argue, so $1000 for my $1800 package it is. After having me re-open my package to confirm that it was packed to her exacting standards, we repacked it and moved on with the process. Unfortunately, even after telling her the address and providing it written down to make sure no mistakes were made, the apartment number never made it onto the label. When the package arrived in NYC, it was marked as undeliverable. If I hadn't checked the tracking info I would have been screwed - thankfully I called the customer care line and was able to schedule a pickup close to the venue. Needless to say I won't be back to this location unless I absolutely have to, and will be triple checking everything before I leave the building.
