- AZAriel ZanaDec 22, 20255.0I came in today with a whole bunch of packages that needed to be both packed and shipped. Kendrick was the only one working there when I came in and he did such an amazing job balancing both helping me with all of my packages as well as answering the phones and helping others with printing! It was clear that there should have been more people working there so it wouldn’t have to fall on his shoulders but he handled it in stride and I’m so appreciative of his help today!
- AWandrew woodDec 16, 20251.0Zero stars isn’t an option, so one star it is. I’ve been to this store multiple times, and every visit has been a miserable experience thanks to the staff. There is one employee in particular—a woman who inserts herself into every transaction—who absolutely should be fired! Her behavior is demeaning, dismissive, and openly rude. On one visit, she made an elderly man’s life unnecessarily difficult while he was clearly confused and in need of help. Instead of showing basic decency, she used the situation to exert control and talk down to him. Watching it was infuriating. Her conduct made me question whether something is fundamentally broken in FedEx’s corporate culture. However, that concern vanished when I visited the Beverly Hills location, where I was treated with professionalism, patience, and basic human respect. The contrast was embarrassing for this store.

Honestly, their positive energy has been healing for me. When my Dad passed away and I needed a poster for his funeral, Shoukat kindly helped me in my frazzled state. Then I recently needed tiny photos of my passed on loved ones for a home altar and was assisted by Chazz who was also very patient with me when I mistakenly ordered photos which were too large for my altar. But I messed up with the size estimate a second time! and needed to go back to have the size reduced even further and once again both Shoukat and Chazz were so very kind and patient with me. Thank you from my heart, Shoukat and Chazz.. you guys may not realize how your kindness helped me through my personal grieving process. This is a very special FedEx office!!
