  Consistently poor customer service at this location. I frequently place print orders online for pickup, and I have yet to experience a welcoming or courteous interaction. During my most recent visit, the assistant manager stated there is “one line,” implying that I had cut in front of others. There was no signage indicating this, and with separate counters for print and packing, the process is unclear. The interaction felt unnecessarily accusatory. Professionalism and basic courtesy matter, and based on these repeated experiences, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

  Hi this is actually my first time at the fed ex lol and a man by the name of BJ was so incredibly helpful to me......he was so polite, unlazy and extremely helpful.....after sending some letters he treated me to a complimentary fax to a government office.....my problem is I noticed I didn't sign the paperwork myself so I called and was told that I have to come back in.....I got mad at Christian and Paula but they were trying to help me as best they could......Christian Said to come in......once I did I mentioned I was in earlier and they waived the fax fee for me and I thought it was really nice.....then paula wanted to refund me 25 dollars as I was walking out......she didn't because we found out BJ didn't charge me...... I would really like to recommend this place and their knowledge but also compassion for customers that are anxious..... Christian, Paula, And Bj thank you for your help! Elika Rezvani

  I came in today with a whole bunch of packages that needed to be both packed and shipped. Kendrick was the only one working there when I came in and he did such an amazing job balancing both helping me with all of my packages as well as answering the phones and helping others with printing! It was clear that there should have been more people working there so it wouldn’t have to fall on his shoulders but he handled it in stride and I’m so appreciative of his help today!

  Zero stars isn’t an option, so one star it is. I’ve been to this store multiple times, and every visit has been a miserable experience thanks to the staff. There is one employee in particular—a woman who inserts herself into every transaction—who absolutely should be fired! Her behavior is demeaning, dismissive, and openly rude. On one visit, she made an elderly man’s life unnecessarily difficult while he was clearly confused and in need of help. Instead of showing basic decency, she used the situation to exert control and talk down to him. Watching it was infuriating. Her conduct made me question whether something is fundamentally broken in FedEx’s corporate culture. However, that concern vanished when I visited the Beverly Hills location, where I was treated with professionalism, patience, and basic human respect. The contrast was embarrassing for this store.
