They made a mistake with the customs paperwork on an international package, costing me time and money. I should've just used the post office.

This review is solely for the printing services and not the shipping or customer service.
Not sure who came up with a prepaid fee for internet/printing but it's terribly inefficient and frustrating. You prepay in $5, 10$ increments with your credit and no matter what you can not go over that amount.
It takes forever to log you in and then if you try to print anything that goes over your prepaid amount, there is no way to add more money. You just get a warning sign saying you can't print over your amount. You basically have to log out and log back in losing whatever money you had left over and having to pay an additional fee to print more.
It's just a very blatant, inefficient way to charge customers more.

I went there because I was having trouble using the FedEx website. The girl at the counter who had dark hair and a black face mask on was very unfriendly and refused to help, but instead just retorted with attitude. I give the place two stars instead of one, because at least her co-worker who then came over tried to show a little empathy. She still didn't help me with my issue. When I called Apple Care (I was dealing with an iPhone delivery through FedEx/Assurant/Apple Care/TMobile), they knew more about the FedEx website than these two workers, and actually helped me.
