He was a tall and older guy, cool and calm and confident about his company. I was totally lost and nervous about my document not gonna be there on time. But he took my international postal code and staring typing, gave me a quote. And the process just going so smooth and fished. I am coming from called 2 person on the customer service asking EEI numbers ECCN number. And going to two stores that asking for EEI number and won’t have a date. And From DHL store that delay for a day. But his manager just took it so so so easy and fast for me. It was an angle that God send for me. I want to say thanks to him so much. Sadly I don’t remember his name. But thank you to him and FedEx that shipped my document in 4 days. Great great transition. So satisfied and thankful.
