- MSMoumi Mariama SidibeNov 1, 20181.0The customer service at this location is disgusting, the employee was rude, telling me I need to put my return in a different box because it was too big but that was the same box the item was shipped in. If I had taped the box, she would not have said that. All these shady business tactics to make customers spend money. I understand why this location was empty at a busy time because your employees are unprofessional and rude. This is why I stick with UPS but the company provides Fedex return label. If your employees are miserable or don’t want to work they shouldn’t be there then. Too bad reviews don’t have 0 stars cause this location is garbage.
