- KKKennyOct 21, 20251.0I call to find out about a bike box and was greeted by a mean attitude and then I asked The one store and told me Wilshire has them now costing me more time money and harassment. So my advice is to get updated on your help for the travelling people with bikes since you are so close . Your a inept business I give you one star for the fact you took a long time to awnsers .

I wanted to write a review to let people know that they charge a surcharge on shipping because they are located in a hotel. The surcharge is based on the weight of your package and goes from $2-$50. It is basically a convenience fee for being in a hotel and it is corporate policy. If this is the best location for you, then the fee is probably worth it. If you can get to another location, then you'll save a few bucks. I just paid the $10 surcharge because it wasn't worth my time to go to another location once I was already there. But next time I'll go to a different location to save that money. I just wanted to let people know!
